The Helena by Filippa Scott is a silk satin 3/4 cut pump. This wedding shoe has pleated, sheer organza gathered over the toe strap with an elegant rhinestones clip. If you are looking for 1.5 inch heels, the Helena is a good choice. Be sure to order it true to size, however if you have a very narrow foot, order it 1/2 size smaller.
