Not smitten? Then by all means, send it back. We gladly accept all unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise; we just ask that you do so within 30 days of delivery. (Don't forget to include all original packaging, too.) Worn, altered, dirty gowns are not eligible for returns and they will be send back to customer and charged for shipping.
Due to the limited nature of Weddingism merchandise, we cannot accept exchange requests. What we can do, however, is credit your original form of payment and encourage you to place a new order at weddingism.com or by calling 1.800.381.7375 ( Tuesday through Friday 9am - 4pm pacific time).
Shipping charges apply to new orders. Please refer to the return address on your packing slip. Doing so will ensure your return makes its way back to the right location.
. **Oversized and international orders are not eligible for returns. Shipping and any applicable duties and taxes must be paid prior to delivery. Please be sure to send your return via an insured and trackable shipping method.
Refund process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Each of our wedding gowns is prepared and shipped from a location separate from other merchandise..

Weddingism ships from multiple locations; please refer to the return address on your packing slip, so your items make their way back to the right location. Insure and prepay your package. Apologies, but we cannot accept COD returns.
